Kiki Chen
Business Analyst (AUS)
Kiki leads the management of our client experience. She manages our client-facing portals, supporting clients as part of the onboarding process and dealing with general engagement activities. She analyses and evaluates our client's current systems and structures, directing clients towards more efficient organisation and developing solutions to organisational problems.
Her focus and experience lies in using technology to improve engagement execution. In prior roles, Kiki developed web applications to deliver a best-in-class client experience. She has worked with many international teams and also speaks multiple languages which will support our APAC client base. Kiki holds a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
